In SIP, starting a business can be completed in half a day at the fastest speed. SIP Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau, based on businesses’ needs, has launched a series of innovative measures to speed up business registration.

The park has introduced a one-stop business establishment service, offering end-to-end guidance through offline single-window processing and an integrated online system.

As early as 2023, SIP launched cross-district handling for business branch registration, enabling standardized processing across Suzhou’s administrative areas. It has also signed cross-provincial service agreements with Shanghai’s Huangpu and Putuo districts, facilitating remote collaboration in administrative services.

SIP has also developed the Su-Easy service mode, creating a green channel for foreign investors to register companies from overseas.
