The SIP Eastern Citizen Center, a new cultural landmark in SIP, is expected to come into operation in the first half of this year, providing local residents with another comprehensive public space following the SIP Northern Citizen Center and the SIP Southern Citizen Center.

Unlike the other two citizen centers, this new one is innovatively integrated into the Shengpu Neighborhood Center in Shengpu Sub-district, with its 7,400-square-meter indoor and 1,700-square-meter outdoor spaces seamlessly blended into residents’ daily lives.

The center will feature a 24-hour library on the first floor, another library along with spaces for dancing classes and other training programs on the second floor, and a gymnasium for basketball, badminton, ping pong and other sports on the third floor.

Outdoors, there are tennis and football courts embedded in a park, creating a vibrant healthy living ecosystem for people of all ages.

It is worth mentioning that the center will also showcase Shengpu’s evolution and cultural heritage.
